Sports have a unique power to celebrate our common humanity and empower youth. They bring children together, allowing them to meet each other across boundaries, share a common love for the game, compete on equal terms, follow common rules and respect differences even in competition. Sports also have the power to positively transform society when people embrace the following values; compassion, respect, integrity, love and honesty. For these principals to become an integral part of a child’s character, it is imperative that these values are understood and communicated at an early age.  

Our goals and learning outcomes for this program include:

• Developing independence by creating challenges and goals in a new environment

• Functioning as an effective team by utilizing personal strengths in a group setting

• Explore a specific topic through experimental and interdisciplinary approaches

ANTI BULLYING

Fridays 2:30-6:00PM

Our Anti Bullying Program is being facilitated by certified master instructors and counselors from ZEN’S Anti Bully. This program will provide the students with education in self-defense, leadership, awareness, and counseling curriculum. This program will focus on respect, manners and building the children’s overall behavior, self-esteem, maturity, health, fitness, and leadership skills. 

Our goals and objective for this program is to provide guidance and instruction for children that suffer from bullying and anger issues with a focus on discipline, leadership, social skills, overall health.
